This policy explains how I handle information when you interact with our static website, email, or phone. I keep practices narrow because the site does not use accounts, carts, or embedded payment tools.

What we may collect

If you email support@foodseven.live or call +1 318-742-9600 to ask about classes, I retain the content of that message, your address or number, and any dates or class names you mention. If you visit our pages, your browser automatically shares routine technical data with our hosting environment, such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps, exactly as any web server log would record.

How information is used

Contact details are used to respond to questions, propose schedules, and confirm attendance. I do not sell personal data. I do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site. If you request a booking change, I refer to prior messages so we stay aligned on dates and class titles.

Legal bases and retention

For inquiries, processing is necessary to take steps before a contract and to perform any class agreement we finalize. Email threads are kept until the question is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward in case follow-up scheduling is needed, typically not longer than twenty-four months unless tax or dispute rules require longer. Server logs rotate on a schedule set by the hosting provider and are not used for profiling.

Sharing

I may share limited details with service providers that make the studio possible, such as email delivery or phone carriers, solely to transmit your message. I do not authorize those providers to use your inquiry for their own marketing.

Security

The public site is static HTML without databases. Physical notes taken during phone calls are stored in a locked cabinet at the studio and destroyed when no longer needed for scheduling accuracy.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. I will verify ownership of the address or number used in the original inquiry before taking action.

Children

Classes are designed for adults and teens attending with a guardian’s consent. I do not knowingly collect data from young children through this website.

International visitors

If you write from outside the United States, your message will be processed in the United States where the studio is located. By contacting us, you understand that cross-border transfer may occur for that purpose.

Refund and cancellation policy for classes

When a booking is confirmed, you may cancel for a full refund at least forty-eight hours before the published start time of the session. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours are not refundable because ingredients and staffing are ordered in advance. If I must cancel due to equipment failure, severe weather, or instructor illness, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another published date.

Updates

I may revise this policy to reflect new legal requirements or studio practices. The date at the top will change when material edits are made. Continued contact after an update means you acknowledge the revised terms for future interactions.
