About the studio
I run Foodseven as a small teaching kitchen in Des Plaines. Sessions stay capped so each cook gets feedback at the bench. Equipment is matched to what serious home cooks already own, with a few studio tools available if you want to test before you purchase. I publish recipes from classes when they adapt cleanly to a written format, with weights and times you can trust.
