Dense vegan chocolate cake

Ingredients
- 240 ml plant milk
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 200 g flour
- 60 g Dutch cocoa
- 150 g sugar
- 80 ml neutral oil
- 5 ml vanilla
- 5 g baking soda
- 3 g salt
- 120 ml strong coffee, cooled
Steps
- Preheat oven to 175 C and line a loaf pan.
- Curdle milk with vinegar, whisk dry ingredients, combine wet, fold until smooth.
- Bake until center springs back, cool fully before slicing.
